Andrew has over 20 years of planning experience in the public and private sectors. A Principal at WND Associates Planning & Urban Design, Andrew is involved in a broad range of projects in the City of Toronto and throughout the Greater Toronto Area with a particular emphasis on urban redevelopment and intensification projects, including low-, mid-and high-rise residential, office, mixed-use, retail, institutional, and plans of subdivision.Â
Andrew is also involved in Lease Arbitration and Expropriation cases and is often retained by clients to provide general advice on emerging planning policy issues. Andrew regularly appears before Councils, Development Committees, Committees of Adjustment, and the public regarding a wide range of projects.
