Embarking on such a challenging entrepreneurial endeavour requires a certain level of persistence, perseverance, and grit that is unique to the role of a Mid-Rise Developer. Unlike high-rise or sub-division developers, primarily well-established and/or institutional, those who work in the mid-rise section are often entrepreneurs who come from other fields (related or not) and have chosen this challenging but rewarding path as their next path to greatness.
