How to Successfully Use Mass Timber In Your Next Project?

A practical webinar for developers, architects, and project managers exploring mass timber as a viable construction solution.

Mass timber is no longer a futuristic material—it’s here, and it’s changing how we think about mid-rise and mixed-use development. But while the potential benefits are real—speed, sustainability, and aesthetics—the risks and complexities are equally real.

This webinar will help you decide if mass timber truly fits your next project and, if so, how to navigate the process with confidence.

    What You’ll Learn

    • Is Mass Timber Right for You?
Learn how to evaluate your project for mass timber suitability, including site, scale, cost, and design intent.

    • The Developer’s Checklist:
A practical guide to key early-stage decisions—from insurance and AEC team composition to supplier selection and financial planning.

    • Design & Construction Essentials:
Understand what makes or breaks a successful mass timber project: structure, acoustics, fire resistance, moisture management, and sequencing.

    • Lessons from the Field:
Real-world insights and cautionary tales from teams who have delivered successful mass timber buildings—and what they’d do differently next time.

    Why Attend?

Whether you’re a developer testing new systems, a designer aiming to integrate sustainability, or a construction professional managing complex builds, this session will help you put mass timber in perspective—as one option within a broader toolkit, not a one-size-fits-all solution.

Walk away with a clear framework and checklist to minimize risks, streamline decisions, and learn from the experience of others before you break ground.
