Executive Director of St. Clare’s, a Toronto charitable organization that develops and operates affordable and supportive housing—working with tenants, staff, and partner agencies to provide high-quality homes and supports for people who have experienced homelessness. Andrea has been directly involved in delivering a range of affordable housing projects, including work connected to 25 Leonard Avenue, Ossington Avenue, and a Kensington Market infill project.
Mark J. Richardson
is the Chief Technology Officer at Rich Analytics. He has 25+ Years of consulting experience with public-sector clients at all levels of Government in Canada. Mark has been the Founder and Technical Lead of the HousingNowTO.com affordable-housing tracking and transparency project since 2019. The HousingNowTO.com project was given an Innovation Spotlight by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation in 2021 and was the only Canadian finalist for the World Smart Cities Awards in 2024.
